Bright Brushed Copper two-tone engravable acrylic with a white core. Laser engrave through the thin bright brushed copper top layer to reveal crisp white text and artwork, with no paint fill or masking needed.

Only the thin top layer needs to be removed, so use a light, fast engraving pass and run a test on a scrap first. Peel the protective film before engraving. Cut out shapes with a slower vector cut after engraving.

Remove the protective plastic film before engraving and replace it with paper masking for best results. This helps reduce residue buildup and makes post-engraving cleanup easier.

Withy glossy surfaces you can try engraving without masking on the surface layer, then gently wiping after engraving to achieve a clean, crisp finish.

Avoid engraving too deeply, as matte acrylic surfaces can be harder to clean when excess material is removed. Light to medium engraving depth will give the best contrast while preserving the surface finish.
