Laser Engraving Settings:
- 35W: 600 DPI, 90% Speed, 30% Power
- 60W: 600 DPI, 100% Speed, 20% Power
- 80W: 600 DPI, 90% Speed, 10% Power
Laser Cutting Settings:
- 35W: 20% Speed, 35% Power
- 60W: 25% Speed, 25% Power
- 80W: 65% Speed, 40% Power
- 120W: 85% Speed, 35% Power
Heat Transfer (TPU-based adhesive):
- Temperature: 240°F-280°F
- Pressure: Medium/Hard
- Time: 15-30 Seconds
- Peel: Hot
Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet during pressing.
