Shipping Policy
We ship acrylic sheets, plywood, leatherette, 3M tape, and other crafting materials from our Saskatoon, Canada studio to customers across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Oceania. We use Canada Post and Purolator with discounted Shopify rates, depending on destination, package size, and service availability.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Prepaid Duties Available: At checkout you may have the option to prepay import duties and taxes so your order arrives with nothing owed at delivery. Choosing this option helps avoid carrier brokerage fees and customs delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
You have two options at checkout:
1. Prepaid Duties (DDP). Recommended.
Pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees up front at checkout. Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid, with no additional fees collected at the door. This is the fastest, most predictable option.
2. Duties Collected on Delivery (DDU).
Duties, VAT, and any carrier handling fee are calculated by customs and collected by the carrier before final delivery. Amounts vary by country.
European Union: orders are subject to local VAT rates (typically 17–27%) plus any applicable customs duty. VAT and duties are collected by the carrier on delivery, along with a small brokerage fee.
United Kingdom: orders are subject to UK VAT (20%) plus any applicable customs duty, collected on delivery.
Australia & New Zealand: orders are subject to GST and any applicable customs duty, collected on delivery.
Refused or undeliverable parcels: if an order is returned to us because duties were unpaid or delivery was refused, we will refund the product cost minus shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery from our studio to your door.
