Cast acrylic, answered

  • Is your acrylic cast or extruded?

    Most of our acrylic is cast, which engraves to a clean frosted white and cuts with smooth, polished edges, the standard for laser work. Some types are extruded and marked separately on the listing; mirror acrylic, for example, is usually extruded, and it still cuts and engraves well.

  • What finishes and colours can I choose from?

    One of the largest cast acrylic selections in Canada: clear, solid colour, metallic, pearl, glitter, festival and designer acrylics, plus engravable two-tone (color-core) and glow-in-the-dark, with mirror and other extruded types marked separately, in both full sheets and ready-to-use blanks.

  • What is two-tone (color-core) acrylic?

    It has a contrasting core beneath the surface colour, so engraving reveals a second colour underneath for crisp, high-contrast lettering and logos. We carry it in colour and metallic combinations.

  • What are dual-finish acrylics?

    Two finishes for the price of one. A matte face and a glossy face on the same sheet, so you can use whichever side suits your design without buying two materials.

  • Are your acrylic sheets in stock and ready to ship?

    Yes. Every sheet and blank is stocked at our Saskatoon studio and ready to ship. Orders placed before 4 PM CST ship the same day across Canada and the US.
