Can I visit your showroom in Saskatoon?
Yes. Our showroom is in Saskatoon. We're open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Weekend and evening visits are available on request, just message us to book a time!

What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders placed before 4 PM CST ship the same day with our courier; orders placed after 4 PM ship the next business day. Evening and weekend pickups or local deliveries may also be available depending on availability.

How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 4 PM CST Monday to Friday ship the same day. We pack and label every order by hand at our Saskatoon studio. Most Canadian orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days. We don't ship on weekends because couriers don't pick up.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping unlocks at $150 across most of Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC), and at $300 for coast-to-coast Canada and the United States. We also ship worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Free shipping thresholds apply to Canadian and US orders only. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I pick up my order locally in Saskatoon?
Yes. Local pickup is free. Select Pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within a few hours of placement during business hours.

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the courier truck.
